Vaccine update - Johnson & Johnson vaccine supplies arrive

22 July: The first doses of Johnson & Johnson vaccine have arrived - 151,000 doses donated by the United States, through the COVAX facility. Niger's COVID-19 vaccination programme began on 29 March, 2021. Both Sinopharm and AstraZeneca (Covishield) vaccines have been used. So far over 400,000 doses of vaccine have been administered.
