COVID-19 in Singapore in September

Singapore // 24 September, 2020

At least 57,639 cases and 27 deaths have been reported.

Status: Decreasing

24 September: Less than 50 new cases per day reported since 10 September. Several guidelines have been updated including safe management measures at workplace, detecting asymptomatic cases early and advisories for cinemas.  

17 September: New cases per day over the past two weeks have ranged between 20-60 except for a day which had 86 new cases. No new deaths have been reported.  

1 September: The cases continue to decline and during the last week there have been less than 100 cases per day. As a part of surveillance, dormitory workers have to undergo Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) every 14 days as a part of return to work and should start this RRT cycle by 5 September.
