20 November: The number of cases continue to grow, with an average daily case over a seven-day period at 1,132. The total number of cases has exceeded 93,000.
14 September: Although a slight decline in cases were reported last week, it has started to grow again. More than 29,000 people have recovered.
4 September: A slight increase in cases has been reported in the last few weeks. There are more than 10,000 active cases and over 27,000 cases have recovered.
16 August: Additional cases have been reported since the last update. More than 21,000 cases have recovered. Kishinev or Chisnau continues to record the highest number of cases.
16 June: New daily cases have been increasing since the second half of May and local transmission continues. The army has reportedly been deployed to ensure measures such as social distancing and wearing facemasks in outdoor public spaces are being followed. Restaurants have begun to open this week.
There have been 11,879 cases, of which 411 people have died and 6,794 people have recovered. Infections of healthcare workers continue, with 15 worker infections confirmed on 14 June. Chisnau Municipality accounts for over 30% of the cases, and females remain more affected at around 58%.
21 May: Cases have increased significantly. More than 200 cases have been confirmed in the last 24 hours from over 1000 tests that were conducted.
14 April: More than 1,700 cases have been reported so far with 30 deaths.
17 March: Additional cases have been reported in Moldova, bringing the total number of cases to 29. At least 15 of the cases are imported from Europe, and the rest are from close contacts.
