CDC recommends Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 17

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced its recommendation of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for children and adolescents ages 5 to 17. Both Moderna’s and Pfizer/BioNTech’s pediatric vaccines are already recommended for children ages 6 months to 5 years.
